Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains how a project or service engagement with ALAB Technology Private Limited may be cancelled and what happens on cancellation.

2. Cancellation by the Client

You may cancel a project by giving written notice (email is acceptable). On cancellation, all work completed up to the cancellation date — including work in progress for the current stage — is payable in full. Advance and booking payments remain non-refundable as per our Refund Policy.

3. Notice Period

For ongoing or retainer services, either party may end the engagement with the notice period stated in the applicable agreement. Fees for the notice period and for work already performed remain payable.

4. Cancellation by ALAB

ALAB may suspend or cancel a project if the client fails to make payment on time, does not provide required inputs or approvals, breaches these terms, or requests work that is unlawful or outside our scope. In such cases, fees for work performed remain payable.

5. Effect of Cancellation

• The client receives ownership of, or a licence to, deliverables that have been paid for in full, as per our Terms & Conditions.
• Any outstanding invoices become immediately due.
• Third-party costs already incurred are non-refundable.

6. How to Cancel

To cancel, email info@alabtechnology.com with your project details. We will confirm the cancellation and share a final settlement statement where applicable.
